Overview
PetFlex is a luxury-inspired social app for pet owners. We collect information needed to create accounts, build pet profiles, enable discovery, matching, chat, tributes, notifications, support, and safety features.
We do not sell personal data.
Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, user ID, authentication provider, display name, account status, and related login details.
- Owner profile: profile name, avatar, bio, visibility settings, privacy choices, and notification preferences.
- Boss and pet profile: pet name, species, breed, age, profile photos, gallery images, bio, attributes, playful status labels, and self-expression fields such as Net Worth.
- Social activity: swipes, likes, matches, tributes, lounge activity, and related app interactions.
- Chat and user content: messages, shared images, and content you choose to send or upload.
- Location: approximate or precise location when you grant permission, used for nearby discovery, distance labels, and profile location features.
- Photos and media: profile images, pet gallery images, chat images, and safety report evidence.
- Device and notification data: device platform, Firebase Cloud Messaging token, delivered notification metadata, and notification settings.
- Safety reports: report category, description, evidence, reporter account, reported account, and reported pet details.
- Diagnostics: technical logs, crash information, and performance data if collected for debugging, security, or reliability.
How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account.
- To display owner and Boss profiles.
- To power discovery, search, matching, chat, tributes, and lounge features.
- To show approximate distance and nearby recommendations when location permission is enabled.
- To send push notifications for matches, likes, messages, and account activity.
- To review reports, block abusive behavior, prevent spam, and protect community safety.
- To provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve app reliability.
Sharing and Service Providers
PetFlex uses service providers to run the app, including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and Edge Functions, and Firebase for push notifications. If you use Apple, Google, or another sign-in provider, that provider may process login information according to its own terms.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, to investigate abuse, or to enforce our Terms.
Retention and Deletion
We keep account and profile information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated account data within 30 days where technically and legally possible.
Some information may remain longer in backups, security logs, fraud prevention records, safety reports, or legal records when needed to protect the community, investigate abuse, comply with law, or resolve disputes.
Your Choices
- Edit your profile and Boss profile in the app.
- Change visibility, location, notification, and privacy settings in the app.
- Block or report accounts that violate PetFlex standards.
- Delete your account in the app or request deletion by email.

Children
PetFlex is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

- Hoạt động social: swipe, lượt thích, kết đôi, tribute/cống nạp, hoạt động Lounge và tương tác trong app.
- Chat và nội dung người dùng: tin nhắn, ảnh chia sẻ và nội dung bạn chọn gửi hoặc tải lên.
- Vị trí: vị trí tương đối hoặc chính xác khi bạn cấp quyền, dùng cho khám phá gần bạn, nhãn khoảng cách và vị trí hồ sơ.
- Ảnh và media: ảnh hồ sơ, ảnh gallery của Boss, ảnh trong chat và bằng chứng báo cáo an toàn.
- Thiết bị và thông báo: nền tảng thiết bị, Firebase Cloud Messaging token, metadata thông báo và tùy chọn thông báo.

- Hiển thị khoảng cách tương đối và gợi ý gần bạn khi bật quyền vị trí.
- Gửi thông báo đẩy về kết đôi, lượt thích, tin nhắn và hoạt động tài khoản.
- Xem xét báo cáo, chặn hành vi xấu, chống spam và bảo vệ an toàn cộng đồng.
- Hỗ trợ người dùng, xử lý lỗi và cải thiện độ ổn định.
Chia sẻ và nhà cung cấp dịch vụ
PetFlex dùng nhà cung cấp dịch vụ để vận hành app, gồm Supabase cho đăng nhập, database, lưu trữ và Edge Functions, và Firebase cho thông báo đẩy. Nếu bạn đăng nhập bằng Apple, Google hoặc nhà cung cấp khác, nhà cung cấp đó có thể xử lý dữ liệu đăng nhập theo điều khoản riêng của họ.
Chúng tôi có thể chia sẻ dữ liệu khi pháp luật yêu cầu, để bảo vệ người dùng, điều tra lạm dụng hoặc thực thi Điều khoản sử dụng.
Lưu giữ và xóa dữ liệu
Chúng tôi giữ dữ liệu tài khoản và hồ sơ khi tài khoản còn hoạt động. Khi bạn xóa tài khoản, chúng tôi xóa hoặc ẩn danh dữ liệu liên quan trong vòng 30 ngày nếu có thể về mặt kỹ thuật và pháp lý.
