Delete in the App
- Open PetFlex.
- Go to Profile or Account.
- Open Account Details.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
If You No Longer Have Access
Email petflex.support@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject PetFlex Account Deletion Request.
Include your registered email address, display name, and any Boss name connected to the account. We may ask for additional confirmation to verify account ownership. Do not send your password.
Data Deleted or Anonymized
- Account profile and login-linked account records where deletion is technically possible.
- Owner profile information.
- Boss profiles and related profile fields.
- Uploaded profile photos and gallery images where deletion is technically possible.
- Push notification tokens and notification preferences.
- Matches, swipes, tributes, and chat records where deletion or anonymization applies.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, abuse investigation, backups, or security logs.
Deletion or anonymization is usually completed within 30 days where technically and legally possible.
This page never asks for your password. PetFlex support will not request your password by email.

- Hồ sơ Boss và các trường hồ sơ liên quan.
- Ảnh hồ sơ và ảnh gallery đã tải lên khi có thể xóa về mặt kỹ thuật.
- Push token và thiết lập thông báo.
- Kết đôi, swipe, tribute/cống nạp và bản ghi chat khi áp dụng xóa hoặc ẩn danh.
Dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại
Một số thông tin có thể được giữ trong thời gian giới hạn khi cần cho an toàn, chống gian lận, tuân thủ pháp luật, giải quyết tranh chấp, điều tra lạm dụng, bản sao lưu hoặc log bảo mật.
Việc xóa hoặc ẩn danh thường hoàn tất trong vòng 30 ngày nếu có thể về mặt kỹ thuật và pháp lý.
Trang này không bao giờ yêu cầu mật khẩu. PetFlex support sẽ không yêu cầu mật khẩu của bạn qua email.
